The fourth debate was between NDRP and HPP. HPP started the opening statement by stating that they want to deal with the crisis following something similar to what the US did for 9/11. They will activate the cyber security team, impose the temporary shutdown of websites that have been affected as well as take the path towards the implementation of an indigenous software. The security of the President is a top priority for them. They went on to talk about the data protection law that was mentioned in their manifesto, and they claimed that it was of utmost importance. NDRP on the other hand started by stating that they have a plan of action already which was posted on their social media handle way before the other parties. They further continued by stating their plan of action where they will ensure the safety of all compromised agents and undertake extraction wherever possible through the Indian Embassies of those countries among other statements.

A point of information was raised by HPP against NDRP questioning the fact of their manifesto and saying that there wasn't a clear section in their manifesto which spoke of defense to which NDRP answered simply by saying that there is a specific section along with a proper allocation of the budget when these situations arise.

The round of the main argument commenced with the NDRP where they straight up hammered the manifesto of the opposing party saying that it only sounded good on paper but wasn’t fit for the real world. NDRP further said that they would follow the UN Preventive Health Model. They also further went on to say that the HPP has been proposing pre-existing policies like CRG. The HPP started its main argument by claiming that NDRP has an extremely unrealistic foreign policy. Further they added the argument saying that Pakistan was trying to reduce its consumption of tea. They added by saying that the Plebiscite had not happened in the span of 75 years.

A point of information was raised by NDRP stating the HPP justifies economic reliance on China and economic cooperation in the US, how does it make sense? They answered by stating that to reduce the dependency of China based on the military. Furthermore, due to the discussion the NDRP President was gagged for crosstalk.

HPP commenced their closing statement by saying or rather bashing the manifesto of NDRP by saying that they have designated an entire page to communalism further adding that they have just added recommendations. The NDRP’s policy of banning export of primary goods led to the HPP stating that it would have a huge impact on the economy of India and that NDRP has failed to recognize diversity. NDRP started their closing statement by yet again as mentioned in previous debates that HPP lacks ‘ruthless pragmatism’. They went on to repeat their previous statements regarding publishing the way they will counter the crisis which had been posted on their media page. They ended by saying that they had come up with a comprehensive plan that had steps as to how they will counter this issue.
