JSRP started its opening statement by offering its condolences to those who were affected and lost their lives because of the emergency. They expressed that they would get in touch with allied parties and take a look into the situation and try to raise the matter not only internally but externally as well, further they want to prioritize the security of the country which is the most important for them. IYDF communicated their condolences. They made a striking statement saying that they would collaborate with the NATO nuclear deterrence policy, which was a surprise for them to say as further on the debate they were attacked for this particular statement. A point of information was raised by JSRP arguing that IYDF’s manifesto fails to recognize cyber security. IYDF stated that they would set up cyber security cells which would consist of software engineers as well as ethical hackers. They believe in setting up a strong cyber infrastructure and implementing the same.

The main argument was started by JSRP talking about the Indian population and the fact that the security of the citizens was at risk. They went on to talk about IYDF’s defense policy which did not mention cyber security. JSRP focused on cyber security and ensured smooth functioning of the same with the regular change of codes and keeping the access and viability of codes limited. IYDF starts its statement with the same arguments they had made. They went on to criticize JSRP’s manifesto saying that it lacks the originality of digitalization as well as the judicial appointment, they said that their manifesto has no political ideology as well. Its like a ‘fantasized scrapbook of a kindergarten child’.

During this, a notice was released by the Ministry of Education stating that the CBSE portal was hacked. Moving on, JSRP's closing statement mentioned the incompetency of IYDF.

IYDF said that they won't talk about the manifesto anymore and focused on the national security of the nation. They further talked about the policies concerning the youth mentioned in their manifesto. They stated that JSRP has no originality. They concluded by saying that during the national threat, students should not send their personal information through mail or any other platforms of social media.
